Welcome to Torq Cartel. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Torq Cartel website, mobile applications, digital services, and memberships (collectively, the "Platform"). Torq Cartel operates under Oregon state law.

1. ELIGIBILITY & USER ACCOUNTS

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or register for events on Torq Cartel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & GARAGES

Torq Cartel allows users to create digital garages, upload vehicle photos, log modifications, post media, and participate in community discussions. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Torq Cartel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content across our Platform.

3. COMMUNITY CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITY

Torq Cartel is built for real automotive and motorcycle enthusiasts. You agree NOT to:

Promote illegal street racing, reckless driving, or unsafe vehicle operations.
Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other community members.
Post fraudulent or misleading vehicle specification data or marketplace listings.
Use automated bots or scrapers to extract platform data without permission.

4. AUTOMOTIVE ACTIVITIES & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participating in vehicle cruises, meets, track days, and rallies involves inherent risks of property damage, personal injury, or death. Torq Cartel provides informational routing and event discovery tools only. You assume full personal responsibility for your driving, riding, vehicle maintenance, traffic compliance, and event participation.

5. DIGITAL MEMBERSHIPS & PURCHASES

Paid Torq Cartel Memberships ($24.99/mo or $249/yr) provide digital badges, physical merchandise packages, and priority event access. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your account settings.
